Lexie, a Nashville native, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Centre College and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University. With extensive experience across various settings, including work as a school-based therapist, triage counselor at mobile crisis, therapist at residential, and outpatient therapist in community mental health, she brings valuable insight to her practice.

Lexie is skilled in conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Gottman Couple’s Therapy (Level 1), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) at both Level 1 and Level 2, and SomEx Level 1.

Her approach is focused on helping clients understand the impact of their past experiences on their present circumstances, fostering connection with their body and inner child, and exploring behavior patterns that may impede healing.

In her practice, Lexie integrates experiential therapy, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and a 12-step recovery perspective to provide personalized support tailored to each individual’s needs.
