Mandy Frye is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been working with individuals, teens and families for over 13 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carson-Newman College in 2006 and her Masters of Science of Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 2009.

Mandy specializes in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD and ADHD. She has worked with teens, women of all ages and the geriatric population in a variety of settings.

Mandy believes in a holistic approach to mental health that includes identifying a person’s strengths, negative beliefs and fostering growth and healing. She strives to help individual’s recognize their coping skills, vices and beliefs about themselves in order to move toward more positive ways of coping and progressing in life.

Some of the therapeutic modalities that she utilizes include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR. She is passionate about helping youth and adults with healing past trauma and addressing current concerns in order to find healing and peace moving forward. She wants people who feel stuck to be able to find renewed purpose and belief in themselves and be able to progress toward a healthier and more fulfilled future.
