A native of Louisiana, Kristen moved to Tennessee in 2012 and received a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lee University. She is passionate about helping others find peace from anxiety during life transitions and significant life changes, such as relationship and career stressors, as well as disappointment from unmet life expectations.

Kristen is passionate about creating a safe and relaxing environment that offers hope and healing for individuals and couples who experience anxiety and depression.  As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she is eager to build a strong connection and walk alongside you on the healing journey.
