Blair Dean, LPC-MHSP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation. She serves as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapist and also provides individual therapy.

In her individual work, Blair specializes in obsessive compulsive and related disorders (OCRD), with a particular focus on obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and hoarding disorder (HD). She is certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy through the Cognitive Behavior Institute and was mentored by Dr. Steve Tsao. ERP Therapy, the gold-standard treatment for OCD, is a central part of her individual practice. Blair helps clients sit with discomfort, gradually resist compulsions, and build the resilience needed to manage OCD symptoms.

Blair earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Lincoln Memorial University. She has extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety and depression across various mental health treatment settings, including community mental health programs and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).

A passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, Blair believes there are many layers to healing. She takes an evidence-based, integrative approach, drawing from ERP Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, while emphasizing psychoeducation to help clients understand their symptoms and build effective coping strategies.

In her free time, Blair enjoys spending time with her partner, their four cats, and their snake. She enjoys gardening, with a particular passion for growing sunflowers and zinnias. Blair is known for being an avid Funko Pop collector. She also enjoys building Legos and is a devoted Star Wars fan.
