Insomnia makes life challenging. Fortunately, effective treatment is available.

This sleep therapy group will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help you fall asleep, stay asleep and feel more rested. CBT-I is a short-term, structured, and evidence-based method for treating insomnia. Research shows that CBT-I improves insomnia as well as medication yet has longer lasting effects.

During the group, you will explore the connection between the way you think, the things you do and how well you sleep. Your trained CBT-I therapist will help you identify thoughts, feelings and behaviors that contribute to your insomnia and teach you strategies to reduce their impact and improve your sleep.

This group is open to ages 21-65.

Sessions will be held virtually.
