Brittany Johnson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Masters and Bachelors degrees in Social Work from Aurora University.

Brittany has been involved in the mental health field for over 10 yrs. Brittany brings years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Brittany has worked in a variety of mental health settings including outpatient, PHP/IOP, and inpatient facilities. She has experience working with individuals with various mental health diagnosis, substance abuse, or those just struggling with life circumstances.

Brittany believes therapy is a collaborative and integrative approach where you will work together to navigate life’s challenges, discover healing/growth, and cultivate resilience. You will work together to not just band-aid problems, but actually work through them to achieve lasting change. Brittany utilizes various techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Brittany aim’s to achieve a safe and non-judgemental environment where you can feel supported and hopeful for the future.

While helping others is one of Brittany’s passions, her family is her biggest passion. Brittany is married and has 2 children. Brittany is originally from IL and relocated to TN. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
