  • Extended interviews addressing emotional functioning, personality structure, coping patterns, judgment, insight, and behavioral history — including comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnostic formulation, and medication review.
• 02 OBJECTIVE TESTING
  • Standardized psychological instruments evaluating personality functioning, emotional regulation, cognitive style, and response validity, interpreted within the context of clinical interviews and collateral data.
• 03 MEDICAL & BIOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
  • Laboratory testing and genomic evaluation when indicated, to clarify medical contributors and support individualized treatment planning.
• 04 RECORD & COLLATERAL REVIEW
  • Detailed examination of mental health, substance use, and medical treatment records, along with employment documentation, legal materials, and prior evaluations. Collateral interviews with treating providers or relevant parties when appropriate.
• 05 INTEGRATED FORMULATION
  • Multidisciplinary case consultation consolidating findings across all domains. Diagnostic conclusions reflect integrated clinical judgment and careful differentiation among psychiatric conditions, personality factors, situational stressors, and medical issues.

  • Individualized treatment planning, monitoring guidance, and practical recommendations tailored to the referral context and decision-making needs
