Hanna Hughes, LMSW, is a licensed Master Social Worker who earned her degree from Louisiana State University. She has experience supporting clients across all ages but specializes in working with adolescents and adults. As a trauma-informed therapist, Hanna is committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

She draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. Hanna uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop coping skills and manage difficult emotions, solution-focused therapy to set and achieve practical goals, family systems therapy including Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore relational patterns, and motivational interviewing to encourage lasting, self-driven change.

Hanna’s approach is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based. She works alongside clients to navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop strategies for emotional and relational well-being. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, she combines clinical expertise with empathy and practical guidance to help clients move forward with confidence.
