Before joining Athena Care, Dr. Frederick worked as a therapist in private practice for 5 years. She is also a brain spotting practitioner, life coach, and mentor. 

Originating from a diverse culture, Dr. Frederick brings a wealth of familiarity with various ethnicities, which has made her skillful at seeing things from multiple perspectives. She enjoys helping people become the person they want to be, a process she calls, “finding you.”
