Sofia Perdomo is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a board-certified nurse practitioner through the ANCC. She earned her training at Tennessee Technological University, where she built a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered mental health care.

She is especially passionate about caring for adults living with depression and anxiety. In her work, she focuses on creating a space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. She believes mental health care should feel approachable and personal, and she strives to meet each person with empathy, honesty, and understanding.

Her approach reflects both clinical skill and genuine care for the people she serves. She values the opportunity to walk alongside patients as they work toward healing, balance, and a better quality of life. She understands that seeking help can be difficult, and she aims to make that step feel a little easier.
