Megan is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner treating individuals 16 years and older. Megan was born and raised in Southwest Virginia and completed both her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. 

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Megan worked as a registered nurse caring for patients in oncology and trauma settings. These experiences shaped her deep appreciation for holistic, person-centered care and the importance of addressing both physical and emotional well-being. Megan values an integrative approach, combining evidence-based practice with individualized treatment plans. s patients 16+ with a focus in anxiety, depression, and ADHD. 

In her current practice, Megan treats a wide range of mental health conditions, with a special interest in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She is passionate about exploring the underlying causes of symptoms and strives to understand the full picture of each patient’s health, history, and environment. 

Outside of caring for patients, Megan enjoys game nights, unwinding with her cats, and spending time with her family in the mountains.
