Haidyn Reagan
IOP Therapist
Haidyn Reagan is a clinical mental health counselor committed to helping individuals feel seen and supported as they navigate challenges and foster meaningful, fulfilling lives. She is deeply passionate about the transformative journey toward self-empowerment and believes that resilience, hope, and authenticity are central to lasting growth and healing.
Taking an integrative and holistic approach, Haidyn emphasizes the connection between emotional, mental, and physical wellness. She believes that healing begins with developing self-awareness and self-compassion, and that thriving comes from living with intention, purpose, and alignment with personal values. Her work focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths, foster joy, practice meaningful self-care, and build the resilience necessary to create fulfilling and authentic lives.
Before and throughout her clinical work, Haidyn developed a deep commitment to walking alongside individuals in recovery and transformation. She has led Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) group therapy, while also providing individual counseling, crisis intervention, and case management. Through these roles, she has supported clients in building coping skills, strengthening relationships, and developing the confidence to take control of their lives.
Haidyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lincoln Memorial University and later completed her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lincoln Memorial University. Her clinical focus includes addiction recovery, anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and personal identity development.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, person-centered therapy, and attachment-based therapy, Haidyn tailors the counseling process to the unique needs of each individual. She believes the therapeutic alliance is the foundation of meaningful change and strives to cultivate a space where clients feel safe to challenge limiting patterns, explore their truth, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Outside of the office, Haidyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves taking on new hobbies, and she currently has too many to count!
